Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
Crossroads Commerce LLC stands behind our print on demand products, including POD socks, custom apparel, and personalized products. Returns or refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to the custom nature, we do not accept returns for change of mind on non-defective custom gifts.
Eligibility:
- Defective: Manufacturing errors like poor print quality or material flaws.
- Damaged: Arrived broken due to shipping.
- Wrong Item: Not matching your order.
Time Frame
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery for defects/damage, or 14 days for wrong items. Late claims may not be honored.
Conditions
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong: Full refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind: Not eligible for personalized/custom items; only non-custom stock if applicable.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.
We inspect returns to confirm conditions.
Return Process
- Contact support@CrossroadsCommerce.shop with order number, description, and photos.
- Receive return authorization and label (we cover shipping for eligible claims).
- Ship back to: 6233 Mt View Rd, Antioch, TN 37013, United States.
- Allow 5-10 days for processing upon receipt.
Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds issued to original payment method:
- Full amount for eligible items, including shipping if we erred.
- Processed within 5-7 business days after approval; bank posting may take 3-10 days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized Products: Custom designs on POD socks or custom apparel cannot be returned unless defective.
- Digital downloads.
- Clearance or sale items marked as final.
Replacements vs Refunds
We prefer replacements for print on demand errors to ensure satisfaction. If out of stock, we'll refund. Choose your preference in claims.
