When uploading designs for POD socks or custom apparel:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print, reproduce, and distribute your content for order fulfillment.
  • Representations: You warrant ownership or rights to content; it does not infringe third-party IP, is not defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
  • DMCA Policy: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@CrossroadsCommerce.shop including: description, location, your contact, statement of good faith, and signature.
  • We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful content: Viruses, malware, or spam.
  • Interfere with site operations: Hacking, scraping, or overloading.
  • Misrepresent affiliations or impersonate others.

We strive for accurate descriptions of custom apparel and personalized products. Mockups are approximations; actual items may vary slightly in color or fit due to printing processes. No warranties beyond those stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crossroads Commerce LLC, its owner Lavelle Hatcher, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations; these apply where valid.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Tennessee, USA laws, without conflict principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Antioch, TN, under American Arbitration Association rules, except for small claims or injunctive relief. No class actions; individual basis only.

For EU users, you may use Online Dispute Resolution platforms per DMA.
