At Crossroads Commerce LLC, we pride ourselves on efficient print on demand fulfillment for POD socks, custom apparel, and personalized products. Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, processing typically takes 2-5 business days. This includes design verification, printing, quality checks, and packaging. Custom or complex custom gifts may require additional time. We'll notify you via email if delays occur due to high volume or supply issues.
Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM PST may start processing the next day.
Shipping Carriers and Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery of your print on demand items:
- Domestic (US): USPS, UPS, FedEx.
- International: DHL, USPS International, or local partners.
Methods include:
- Standard Shipping: Economical, tracked.
- Expedited: Faster delivery for urgent custom apparel needs.
- Priority: With insurance for high-value personalized products.
Carrier selection depends on destination, weight, and availability.

International Shipping
- Standard: 7-21 business days, varying by country.
- Expedited: 3-7 business days.
Times are estimates; factors like weather, customs, or carrier delays may affect. For POD socks to remote areas, add 2-5 days.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions.
- Destination.
- Selected method.
Domestic starts at $4.99; international from $9.99. Free shipping on orders over $50 (US only). Promotions may apply to custom gifts.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number emailed upon shipment. Track via our site or carrier portal. For international personalized products, tracking may end at customs.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Check local regulations before ordering print on demand items. We mark packages as merchandise with accurate values.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost:
- Contact us within 30 days of shipment; we'll investigate and reship or refund.
For damaged POD socks or custom apparel:
- Notify within 7 days with photos; we'll replace at no cost.
We insure shipments where applicable.
Non-Deliverable Addresses
If an address is incorrect or undeliverable:
- We'll attempt redelivery or contact you.
- Additional fees may apply for returns or reships.
- Refunds exclude shipping if due to customer error.
Update addresses promptly to avoid issues with custom gifts.
